If the purchase made did not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility of making a return.

We describe in detail the conditions and the various options available for you to return your items.


  • You must make the return within the established deadline : Online purchase:

    You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to receive a refund in the form of a VALE EXCHANGE. If you wish to receive it in the original payment method, you have 7 days from receipt of the order to make a return.

    Purchase in a physical store : you have 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Items must be in their original condition and have all tags.

    It is necessary to make the return in the same market/region in which you made the purchase
  • You can return items by depositing your packaging at a delivery point.

  • This return option is free .

  • You can request a return from the Returns section of your account.

  • As soon as you request a return, we will send you an email with shipping instructions along with the labels you will send.

  • Follow the instructions and deliver the return to the postal delivery point of your choice.

  • Please note that this option is only available for online purchases.

  • Don't forget to include your purchase receipt.

  • Remember: you must send the items you want to return before the return period expires.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.


Returns for purchases that have been paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded to the same Gift Card . Please note that:

  • If the return is for an online purchase : you will receive a virtual copy of this card, with the updated balance, along with the return confirmation email.
  • If the return is for a purchase made in a physical store : you will receive the refund on the same Gift Card you used for the purchase or on a Payment Card.

Remember : if at the time of purchase you used a Gift Card together with another payment method and make a partial return of your order, the refund will go primarily to the alternative payment method to the Gift Card.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
